Is Namdar Towers leasing right now?

Yes. Tower One — 680 residences at 55 NE 2nd Street — received its certificate of occupancy in early 2026 and has been leasing since. Tower Two, 714 more residences at 50 NE 3rd Street, began vertical construction in March 2026.

How much is rent?

Namdar has not published a public rent card, and there is no official leasing website yet. Comparable new Downtown towers lease studios from the low $2,000s. Send us what you are looking for and we will check current availability for you.

What residences are offered?

Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes across both towers, with floor-to-ceiling glass throughout.

Who is behind the project?

Namdar Group, which acquired the Downtown site in 2022 and secured $460M in financing to complete both phases.
